World Mental Health Day 2021 - The Power of Words

I had originally planned to release this blog on World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2021, however due to preparing for the UKCPS Gala Exhibition in London I did not finish it in time. Instead I am posting a week later! I hope it helps others to understand what it is like for those living with an anxious mind to experience the world around us. Additionally if you’re like me and suffer with anxiety, I hope this entry brings you some comfort in knowing you’re not alone.
